Cute Fluffy Crochet Chicken Amigurumi Pattern
Materials Needed:
Yarn:
- No. 6 bulky yarn in any color for the body
- Red yarn for the comb
- No. 4 medium yarn in black for the eyes
- Any color of your choice for the beak (e.g., mustard yellow)

Instructions:
Magic Ring and Start:
Begin by making a magic ring.
- Round 1: 8 sc into the magic ring. [8 sts]
- Use a piece of yarn as a stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round.
Increasing Rounds:
- Round 2: 8 inc. [16 sts]
- Round 3: (1 sc, 1 inc) x 8. [24 sts]
- Round 4: (2 sc, 1 inc) x 8. [32 sts]
- Round 5: (3 sc, 1 inc) x 8. [40 sts]
Forming the Body:
- Round 6: 40 sc in the back loop only. [40 sts]
- Rounds 7-11: 40 sc around. [40 sts]
Decreasing Rounds (Forming Head and Tail):
- Round 12: (3 sc, 1 dec) x 8. [32 sts]
- Round 13: 32 sc around. [32 sts]
Stuffing and Closing the Body:
- Cut a tail from your yarn, approximately 30 cm long.
- Start stuffing with fiber fill before closing.
Closing:
- Use a tapestry needle to crisscross close the body.
- Make sure to add more stuffing if needed before fully closing.
Creating the Comb (Red Yarn):
- Insert your crochet hook three single crochets down from the tip.
- Grab the red yarn and chain 2.
