Making The Crochet Kawaii Flowerpot

Materials

Cotton thread 8/6 terracotta, dark brown, green and a colour of your choice for the flower
Crochet hook
Black and pink thread to embroider the face and a little of yellow for the centre of the flower.
A pair of No. 8 safety eyes
A small piece of acetate or cardboard for the base.
A 15cm piece of fine wire liquid silicone or universal glue.
Silicone fleece to fill

Flowerpot

In terracotta color
1-6mp on AM
2-6 aum = 12p
3-1sc, 1aum x 6 times = 18p
4-2mp, 1 aum x 6 veces = 24p
5-3sc, 1aum x 6 times = 30p
< 6-4 sc, 1 inc x 6 times = 36p
7-BLO 1 sc in each p of base = 36p
8-5mp, 1 aum x 6 veces = 42p

Cut and hide the strand.
Cut out a circle of acetate or cardboard to the size of the base and glue it to the bottom to obtain a very flat support surface.
Place the safety eyes between rows 11 and 12 with 8p separation between them.
Embroider the little mouth with black thread and a little pink blush under the eyes.

Leaves

Start with a ch of 25 sts and work according to the diagram.

Knit the peaks of the edge as follows: <

For the center make a small yellow tassel. Pass the thread that we used to tie it through the center of the flower and knot on the other side with the thread that we have left from the flower. Cut off the excess.

3- 1 sc in each p of base = 9p
SHOULD
1 sc, 3 ch in the air, 1 dc in the next st. Repeat until the end of the round. There should be 5 peaks left. Leave a long strand and finish off.

To wire the flower, take the wire and make a small hook at the end. Pierce the centre of the sepal with the hook and twist it on the opposite side. Place glue on the first two-thirds of the wire and wrap it with the remaining strand. Leave a third of the wire exposed and then insert it into the pot.
