The Happiness Planner Review

If you’re a regular follower of Claireabellemakes, you know that I love my planner and I love to promote positivity. So when I found The Happiness Planner on Instagram, I knew I had stumbled upon something which was perfect for me.

So what exactly is the Happiness Planner? A combination of gratitude, positive thinking and goal setting, this is a planner that encourages you to reflect and focus on what makes you happy.

Planner-Reviews-By-ClaireabellemakesThe planner begins with a series of exercises to help you create a ‘happiness roadmap’. Basically this section encourages you to take a deep look at yourself in terms of weaknesses, strengths, hopes and dreams. You then spend 100 days planning how you will integrate happiness habits into your daily life.

Happiness-Planner-The-Brand-MentalistSimple, weekly reflections encourage you to rate your happiness and to record financial, work, personal and time-management goals for the week. Each day, there is space for a schedule, to dos, inspiring thoughts, exercises, meals, ideas and gratitude.

Gratitude-And-Positivity-PlannerTaking 15 minutes at the end of your day is the perfect way to use this planner and at the end of 100 days you complete a series of 10 questions to review your efforts.

The Happiness Planner is available in aqua, pink and black and is priced at $44.95. It boasts the following ‘spec’ and is a great quality planner for the price point:

  • Gold-foil stamping slipcase & hardcover
  • Each planner comes with its own individual slipcase
  • 210mm x 145mm (A5)
  • White 100gram paper
  • 264 pages

If you are seeking ways to train your mind to be more positive and resilient, this planner is for you. In my opinion, self reflection and development is a valuable life skill and if a pretty planner can help you do it then I’m all for it.

  1. Haven’t spotted this planner before. I really like the look of it. My only worry is it’s a bit constrictive. Do you find it disappointing if you don’t fulfil all the thing that you plan in a day?

    1. If I have a day where I can’t fulfill all my plans, I just move it to the next day! I think the key is to be realistic with your goal setting. I find setting achievable 3 goals for the day is usually constructive.

    1. I think it would be good for you if that is what you are interested in! There are quite a few reviews of the Happiness Planner up on You Tube now too, so maybe see what others think too. It’s a super pretty planner 🙂 xx
