This week it’s been all about the bicycles. What week isn’t for Claireabellemakes?!
I’ve been making a whole ton of Bicycle Bracelets for my new stockist and enjoying the pre Tour De France bicycle activity around Cambridge city centre. There is a great knitted bunting project happening in Cambridge (#CamBuntingTdF), more info here if you’d like to get involved!
There has also been a new colour added to the selection of Bicycle Bracelets on offer in the Etsy store! This lilac hue is becoming a firm favourite of mine and it’s been creeping into my Instagram feed lately.
Tour De France banners are being displayed around the city.
The sunshine has been out most of the week!
Wine shops, pubs and cafes use bicycles to advertise in the street.
A close up of those banners.
Pretty blue pashley bicycle near the day job.
I hope you enjoyed a little bicycle excitement from me today. Soon I’ll be helping G pick out a new set of wheels for our summer bike rides (can’t wait) and I heard this week that my day job is likely to close on TDF day due to the road closures in the city. I can’t contain my bike excitement!
I also have some SUPER exciting bicycle craft news for you soon. A secret project will be revealed…..
Oh and have you entered my craft giveaway yet? It’s a good ‘un.
Toodles!
Yay, fab bike loveliness!
We are closing on the Tour day too to give the kids chance to see it and also because it goes by school so we can’t get in to work!

How exciting!
Ooh how exciting it goes by school!
Yay for more bicycle bracelets! I love the one I won from you! And the kidlets at my job also love it – they’re always trying to sneak it off my wrist when they think I won’t notice.
