UPDATE: Crafty Magazine is no longer in print.
Happy Monday everyone! I hope those of you in the UK are enjoying the extra day off.
Today’s post is a little treat, as I’ve managed to get you a sneak peek of Issue 6 of Crafty Magazine! It’s definitely become my new favourite and I always find a project or five I want to make.
This month’s issue has a free kit that comes with felt, cork and lots of thread for you to make coasters, keyrings, pincushions… whatever your heart desires!
The projects include a knitted fox bag, a needle felted toadstool, crochet bangles, dip-dyed ribbons, merit badges for your friends, some very fruity sewn cushions or inspiration to update a denim shirt with some beautiful paisley embroidery… enough to keep us super busy this month!
PLUS! There’s the chance to become the next hot Crafty designer – all you have to do is enter the Crafty design competition and you could see your tutorial in a future issue, as well as taking home £300 of crafty goodies.
Crafty issue 6 will be available in shops from Thursday 29th August, available in WHSmiths, supermarkets and selected independent craft stores.
Toodles!
This magazine looks gorgeous but i don’t think my crafting skills are up to the challenge of the projects. Are they as hard as i think they’re going to be or will even a beginner like me be able to come up with a half decent finished project? xxx
PS I just wanted you to know i mentioned you in a post – http://www.lojovstheworld.co.uk/liebster-award/
Hi Laura, sorry for my slow reply, been on my hols!
There are some great beginners projects too, so I would say the magazine would suit you, why not give it a try!? It also includes some fab columnists and articles.
Thanks for the mention too! 🙂
That fox bag is AMAZING!
Looks like a fab selection of projects this month, thanks for sharing!
I definitely want to get that bag!
