Today I’m sharing a simple tutorial to make these quick DIY Curved Bead Cord Bracelets. Great for layering bracelets and nice and light for every day wear!
So what will you need? Start with these jewellery findings (I got mine on eBay).
You will also need jewellery pliers and strong glue. If you aren’t familiar with opening and closing a jump ring, you can watch this video – it’s really simple I promise!
My end cap bails were fairly small so only fit two cords, but you could buy bigger ones and add a few lengths of cord to the bracelet. Test them out for size before you glue!
Super easy right? You can use different beads if you aren’t keen on the curved beads. I made this Hello Kitty bead bracelet for my niece.
I wear my curved bead cord bracelet layered with 2 or 3 on one wrist. I’m definitely going to be wearing these on my holiday soon.
I hope you enjoyed this DIY today! This weekend there will be a bonus blog post as I am involved in the very exciting Southbank Centre Village Fair!
Toodles!
I love this!! I have seen this in shops and wanted to make one for myself and maybe some for dare I say for Christmas.
I’m already planning christmas pressies hehe!
How lovely. And I like to say ‘lobster clasp’. LOBSTER CLASP. x
Lobster clasp is a great word!
These are so delicate and pretty! 🙂
Hi Claire – great minds!! I made some very similar ones but in different colours. So simple to make and go with anything. Here are mine: http://www.angelinthenorth.com/2013/04/30/diy-cord-and-noodle-bead-bracelet/

So simple, but so pretty! I need to find some curved beads!
Love these! They would make gorgeous Christmas pressies, although that would mean giving them away??!
They are so quick to make I am sure you could make extra just for you too 😉
